Ik ben een onafhankelijke documentaire en reportage fotograaf, voornamelijk werkzaam aan eigen projecten en reportages. Conflict gebieden, sociale thema’s en langlopende projecten die meer inzicht geven in de wereld waarin we leven verbeeld ik. Mijn werk kenmerkt zich door het menselijk element en met kleurrijke beelden probeer ik moeilijke thema’s onder de aandacht te brengen. Om het verhaal een zo groot mogelijk bereik te geven worden de publicaties middels verschillende crossmedia kanalen gepubliceerd. In de praktijk worden de reportages gepubliceerd op de radio, de televisie, het web en in digitale magazines. Daarnaast natuurlijk ook in de traditionele media zoals dagbladen, tijdschriften en in expositie vorm. Afhankelijke van het verhaal kies ik de passende mediakanalen waarbij gebruik gemaakt wordt van alle sociale media om het verhaal zo effectief en breed mogelijk te vertellen.
